Shipping

e-agri.gr can serve customers throughout Greece and worldwide. The packing and shipping costs vary depending on the type, size and weight of the items and are at the customer’s charge. We have developed our delivery policy as customer-friendly as possible.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (depending on the availability of the product/-s). If your order cannot be sent because of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) you will be contacted so to confirm if you still want to receive the order.

SHIPMENT

• Consignments are carried out via Speedex, Geniki Tahydromiki, Expteress Mail Service, Acs, Ems or Tnt for shipments up to 50 kg. (for any domestic or international destination).

• Above 50 kg or for goods that are stowed on pallets or for dimentions above 50cm X 50cm X 40 cm, we use national or international forwarders

Order returns

You may return the products you bought, within 10 calendar days from the date you received the goods. In this case, you bear only the cost of sending the goods back.

Returns are accepted only if the items you wish to return are intact and in their original packaging. The original receipt of invoice must accompany the goods.

It is recommended that you inspect carefully the condition of the products and their packaging, in order to detect any visible defects (e.g. broken items, wrong item, etc.) .

In case of return of items, depending on how you chose to pay for your order and the way that their return was made, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.
